Up for sale is a very cool piece of equipment Volvo Penta Hydra-Drive Systems 1.42 to 2 gear ratio Splitter Geared Up one Motor Runs 2 Drives. This is a perfect running condition piece of equipment From a 40 Dorado . This is set up with a big Volvo Penta Bellhousing with engine coupler .  Perfect for gearing up a high torque , Low RPM Diesel motor in addition splitting and Running 2 outdrives or Transmissions from one motor , The gear ratio essentially 2840 RPM from the engine into 2 Drives at 4000 rpm . This was set up with 88 inch Jack Shafts Running to twin Dp-E 1.68  Drives .  Allowing for a mid engine mount with a low center of Gravity ,  The Vessel is being converted to Straight inboard because it will have to sit in the water. We took the boat out prior to removing the equipment it ran and performed Flawlessly .  20 inches Center to Center Drive yokes, 30 inch overall width, weight is around 200 lbs .... I have the entire system for sale with Rebuilt drives , Jack Shafts , Hubs and the Volvo Penta 74 series 480 Horse  power Diesel motor with only  1100 Hours for $14,999.  Whatever you need .
