Up for sale s an excellent condition Volvo Penta Rebuilt resealed Dp-E  1.68 gear ratio lower gear unit 1.78 upgrade . This is suitable for many larger 6 cylinder Diesel motor 43 and 44 series and upgrade big block applications 496 502 , the unit has been completely gone thru every gear and bearing inspected, new   Prop shaft seals and o rings . This unit was pressure and vaccuum tested as we had this for sale as complete rebuilt drive at one point  this will bolt up to 290 dp-A dp-B dp-c dp-C1 dp-D1 dp-E  .  Prop shafts run out tested laser straight . 1 year warranty , on stock applications , $300 dollar core return for your old lower. Bolt it on get back on the water!
